the kindness ledger is +wellvyl’s public-benefit mechanism: a transparent share of every ticket that funds crisis-hotline minutes and subsidized community seats. it is built into the platform, not tacked on as an optional donation — when you book, you give back automatically.

we are a public benefit corporation (WELLVYL PBC), and the ledger is how that mission shows up in the math of a single ticket.

where the money goes

the ledger funds two concrete things, both aimed at the same goal: making sure connection and support reach the people who need them most.

why we built it in

loneliness and mental-health strain are not separate problems from nightlife — they are often the reason people go looking for connection in the first place. so we made the response part of the product. every wellness nightlife party, every class, every retreat quietly funds support for someone who needs it.

it means a night out is never only about you. that is social wellness at the scale of a community, not just a room.
